Our Story...
In 2001 we established Elm Grove Childcare Club, a wraparound childcare provision for school aged children, offering breakfast, after school and holiday club care, staffed by a team of qualified professional people who specialise in childcare and play work for primary school children.
In April 2004, due to the demand for places, we opened a breakfast and after school club at Thomas A Becket Infant School. This was swiftly followed by the opening of West Park Childcare Club in September 2005.
In September 2006 we expanded again and used our expertise to cater for younger children, aged 2 years and over, by opening a foundation stage nursery at Elm Grove Primary School called 'Little Elms Nursery'.
In recent years we have continued to grow and diversify opening a new after school club, in 2011, with a real youth club vibe, for the older children at Thomas A Becket Junior School and more recently in September 2014 we opened a further breakfast and after school club for the children of St. Mary's Catholic Primary and Heene schools, quickly followed by the opening of a breakfast and after school club at English Martyrs, in November 2014.
It is with our combination of childcare knowledge , experience and our background of working in customer focused environments that we have been able to design the very best childcare service, one which we are confident will exceed your childcare needs.

About Us...
We are a Playwork based setting, allowing all children to have a choice in what they do, while they are in our company. Every day we provide a wide and varied range of resources, equipment and activities for them to choose from and actively encourage them to make new friends and participate in any planned activities.
The daily timetables are clearly displayed in the setting each day, but we are flexible in our planning; as our aim is that the children have non-stop FUN all day, every day, therefore we may change/adjust plans to suit their needs and their play ideas.

The Teams...
There is now a 20+ strong team of friendly faces across the clubs, all of whom will provide a positive role model for children regarding politeness, friendliness, care and courtesy.
- All the staff are fully trained to work at our 'Out of School Club' settings.
- Each member of staff holds a childcare and/or Playwork qualification or is working towards one through our apprenticeship programme.
- Continued professional development is embedded within the company and each staff member is offered further training opportunities.
- All staff are DBS checked.
- There is always a trained First Aider on site and in many cases, more than one.
